RIS News, Hospitality Technology and Consumer Goods Technology to answer a question on every solution provider’s mind: What do end users really want? As solution providers strive to keep on top of rapidly evolving market conditions, technology evolution and channel trends, it’s important that they regard it all through the perspective of the end users’ wants and needs. Survey respondents are most likely to report revenues of $1 to $49 million (59%) and to spend less than $100K on technology each year (42%).
