We are seeking JR and SR Assemblers who are positive and able to work in a team-oriented environment. We are  looking for people with extensive experience in soldering and electronic component assembly. This position requires for the individual to be self-motivated, able to read and understand electronic assembly instructions and takes great pride in their work


  • Work with small & large components, both mechanical and electronic.
  • Use hand tools to build servers and similar assemblies.
  • Scan all components into the manufacturing shop floor system to ensure proper parts and inventory tracking.
  • Use online methods and work instructions to build racks per customer specification.
  • Responsible for maintaining tools and a safe & clean work area.
  • Responsible for maintaining proper dress code as described and maintaining acceptable attendance levels per attendance policy.
  • Responsible for following all rules and regulations of the facilities as described during new hire orientation.
  • Will work on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require basic problem resolution and independent judgment.
  • Assist lead, supervisor, or peers as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Requires good understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job.


  • Must be familiar with using different computer applications and be able to navigate simple software.
  • Must have the ability to operate manual and power hand tools.
  • Experience with pallet jack a plus. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. repetitively over an 8hr period while standing and bending.
  • In general, this is considered a primary position where the worker applies basic knowledge of the job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments/tasks.
  • Requires good understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job.
  • Must maintain successful communication and working relationship with management & peers of all levels, and reciprocate professional, team-oriented performance.Skills:
  • Must have minimum 1 year work history.
  • Relevant work history preferred but is not required for this position.
  • A high school degree is required for this position.
  • Conditions: Working conditions are typical for a manufacturing environment.
  • The ability to work standing up &/or bending or stooping repetitively for 8hrs is required. Associates must be able to stand the entire shift.
  • English is required. Spanish and Mandarin are a plus.
  • Candidate is fully authorized to work full-time in the United States without restrictions.
